Rachel is focused on building a professional career as an actor/ director and cabaret artist with the bulk of her experience being in musical theater, as a versatile singer in opera, jazz, and old and new Broadway Styles. She is not at this time a true Triple Threat due to falling quite behind in dance, but is currently starting tap lessons and has a background in ballet and modern dance since college. She would prefer to gain more experience in straight plays and loves dark absurdist comedy and drama, especially. Rachel is originally from Upstate NYC and also lived for a few treasured years in NYC, which she still misses very much. She earned her BA in Theater at SUNY Brockport but began her college career with Dennison University as a Theater and Film double Major. After college she is proud to have studied in NY with Circle in the Square for Musical Theater, and Barrow Group School for scene study. Rachel’s favorite play she has ever acted in after her husband’s Center of Gravity was Lewis John Carlino’s Epiphany in which a career driven non-domestic wife watches her castrated stay at home husband slowly turn into a rooster/hen in the course of 45 minutes.
